TREASURE ISLAND SUMMER CAMP 7/6-12/03
Reservations have gone in for 40 campers. The camp changed the final payment
deadline. PLEASE NOTE THAT FINAL PAYMENT OF THE $175 FOR EACH SCOUT MUST BE
SUBMITTED TO THE TROOP BY APRIL 26, 2003. Please make your checks
payable to BSA Troop #332 and send them to:

Parents pre-camp information meeting will be held on Friday May 9th at
7:30 PM in St. Raymond's School Gym.
ANNUAL AWARDS AND EAGLE COURT OF HONOR 3/23/03
All Scouts and their parents are encouraged to
attend the Troop's Eagle Court of Honor Breakfast, on March 23rd at 10AM
following the 9:00 AM Mass. All Registered Scout & Adult members of the
Troop attend the breakfast free, the cost is $6.50 for all others. In
addition to the Eagle Awards to be presented, ALL SCOUTS WILL RECIEVE AWARDS
THEY HAVE EARNED PLUS THE 50 YEAR VETERAN BAR AND 2003 QUALITY UNIT AWARD.

ROTARY CLUB SERVICE ABOVE SELF AWARD TO BE PRESENTED TO
SCOUTMASTER DAVID SHIELDS on 4/29/03
I am please to announce that the Lynbrook/East
Rockaway Rotary Club will be recognizing David Shields at their April 29th
Dinner, for his service to the youth of the community. Information about the
dinner, including cost, can be obtained from either Fred Fusswinkel (593-xxxx)
or Howie Ryder (599-xxxx). I hope to see you there to say Thanks to Dave.
SCOUTING FOR FOOD
The Scouting for Food Drive will be from March 7 to
14. Food will be collected at our March 14th meeting, to be held at Greis
Park. The food will help those less fortunate in our area. Howie Ryder is
heading up our District's effort.
