I will re-post that list here for your reference: If you have any questions about what to bring or how to pack it, Please ask. E-mail: Troop332@aol.com - Sleeping Bag - Rain Gear -VERY IMPORTANT - Sneakers - Hiking Boots - Complete Summer Uniform This includes: Uniform Shirt Uniform Shorts or Pants SCOUT SOCKS Troop Neckerchief Troop Hat Scout Belt If this is a problem for anyone please tell us, the troop has old uniform pieces that we save for future scouts to use. - Warm Jacket/ Sweatshirt - Regular cotton socks (8-9 pairs) - T-shirts (7-8) - Undershorts (8-9 pair) - Swimming Suit (2 if possible) - Long Pants (Jeans or Work Pants) - Sleeping Clothes (it gets cold at night) - A small backpack - Pen, Pencil, Notebook (as needed by badges) - Ground Cloth (if taking an outdoor merit badge) - Toilet Kit: Containing: Soap, Deodorant, & Shampoo Toothbrush & Paste & CUP Comb & Brush Towels & Washcloth Mirror NOTE: The Scout should bring at least 2 towels, the thinner the better. These towels will be used everyday in the pool, river and shower. A thick towel will not dry in the sun quickly enough to be used again that day. - Flashlight - Scout Knife (Totin Chit may be earned) - Small Pillow - Insect Repellent (NO AEROSOL Cans !!) Aerosol cans will destroy the waterproofing of the tents and is the #1 cause of leaking. Use a pump or cream repellent. - Personal First Aid Kit - Medical Form !! (No form, no Camp.) - Money for Trading Post ($30) - River Shoes (these should be an old pair of sneakers or secure sandals. Flip-Flops do not work. These shoes are REQUIRED when the scout goes in the river due to the sharp rocks on the river bed.) - 6 Feet of Rope - Boy Scout Handbook A FUN Loving Spirit.... Important: There are to be NO Radio's, TV's, or other items that could interrupt other Scouts. This is supposed to be a week of relaxation away from the daily noise that we all live with. Keep that in mind when packing.
